Engineering
Our Engineering team specializes in comprehensive composite product engineering and design services. From composite part design and optimization to process creation and development. We provide a full suite of engineering services including tooling design and material selection.
Manufacturing
Our Production team is experienced in manufacturing products from a wide array of composite materials, including carbon fiber, fiberglass, kevlar (aramid), and natural fibers. We have extensive experience creating complex aerospace components and assemblies. We can provide all of your composite layup, assembly, paint, and specialty coating needs. Our facility has the capability to do resin infusion, bladder molding, vacuum bagging, and compression molding services.
Prototyping
Our engineering and production teams work together to research and develop your product ideas. We can provide quick turnaround on parts so you can test the viability of your product before investing in expensive tooling while minimizing the cost of re-design. During prototyping our engineers are able to optimize the manufacturing process, helping to minimize the lead time on future production runs.
